The Magic of Christmas....

...it's all around us - the wonderful sights and sounds of the Holidays!  It's in the faces of the children who anxiously await the arrival of Santa, once again hoping that they've proven themselves worthy.  It's in the beautiful adornments laced with bright colors that sparkle...and shown inside the stable with our baby Jesus. 

All you need to do is Believe.

And I do.

Christmas is a time of Joy, and there are moments when I can feel its attempts to uncover and shine...but it retreats as quickly as it appears.  I accept that my heart will never stop aching nor will it ever be whole again.  Sometimes the pain of what you have lost, can be greater than any joy you are given....

I do find love and happiness in those who surround me, especially in the most precious gift that we've been given this year...Jack.  So yes - the Magic does embrace us and better days will surely come, as this is the Season of Hope.  It all starts today...with Christmas.
